Laws and regulations of disciplinary system :
A-Resident students in university hostels
- in the case of being outside from the headquarter after the determined date of the faculty’s hostels
- Make noise inside the building.
- Appear in improper clothing (pajamas, underwear, etc.)
- – Using the tools of the city in its purpose.
- Absence from the city without permission or acceptable excuse.
- Breaking the decency in the treatment of colleagues or workers in the city.
- Skip the role in the restaurant.
- Make noise in the restaurant.
- Any violation for the regulations and decisions issued by the Department of cities.
- Tinker with the custody of cities.
- Sports activity between residential buildings and in places other than those designated for them.
- The presence of people in the bedroom of non-students living in cities.
- Presence of the room key with a non-resident.
- The presence of the era of the building in other places of use.
- Having feeding tickets with non-pickup.
- The presence of the student in the city despite reporting absenteeism.
- Drinking alcohol.
- Forming groups or distributing leaflets of a political, religious or ideological nature that are contrary to the social order.
- Doing gambling and banned games.
- Every act that affects honor, dignity or breach of good conduct.
- Staging or participating in demonstrations contrary to public order or inciting them.
- The student’s absence from the city without an excuse for ten consecutive days.
B-Disciplinary Punishment:
- Oral or writing warning.
- Warning written in denial of residence.
- Deprivation of residence for a period ranging from day to month.
- Deprivation of residence for more than one month until the end of the academic year.
- Deprivation of residence until the end of the academic year and the following academic year.
- Final deprivation of residence in cities.
- In case of the student is deprived of residency in the cities, the student shall bear the residency fee for a maximum period of one month and be deprived of his insurance payment.
- The student who fails to eat the meal, despite the allocation of the bonus, shall be deprived of the bonus for the next day, except after the payment of the meal that he failed to eat, plus 10% administrative expenses.
C-Stop spending the hostel’s feeding for student who doesn’t pay residence fees until the tenth day of every month and in the case of he doesn’t pay the required fee through 15 days, will be separated from the hostel.
- According to the approval of Prof. Chairman of Universities’ Hostels ,the student is re-enrolled in the hostel.
