Prof.Ahmed Ghallab-Aswan University President said the university has prepared to the works of the electronic coordination for the academic year (2020-2021) by preparing the computers laboratories that are equipped with the computer devices that are connected with high-speed internet for serving the secondary students in the 2020 coordination throughout the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Prof.Ahmed Ghallab-Aswan University President added the laboratories that have been prepared for students are: Central Laboratory at the Information Center & Communication Net, and another spare laboratory, also explained these laboratories are prepared with devices and the capacity of each laboratory is 25 students, and the service is free during the various stages of the coordination with submitting distinctive services for students at the laboratories and providing developers and technicians for helping them in enrolment their desires and providing them with the necessary guidelines to accomplish their desires easily and without mistakes.
Prof.Ahmed Ghallab explained the operation of the enrolment for the desires of the secondary students and what are equivalent it during the prescribed periods by the Ministry of Higher Education on the specific website as of Saturday corresponding to 22 August 2020 which is the first day of the electronic coordination to enrolment the desires until 27 the current August.
The work starts daily from 9 am with taking all the precautionary and protective measures as a keenness of the safety of students from wearing medical masks, keeping the social distances and putting indicative boards to know the places of the coordination at the campus in Sahari.
