Aswan University participates in the workshop of preparing teachers of refugees and immigrants

Prof.Ahmed Ghallab-Aswan University President stated that within the framework of the participation of Aswan University in a workshop at Al Zagazig University during the period from 2 to 5 October 2020 regarding reviewing the courses of the professional diploma to prepare the teachers of refugees, immigrants, and others in partnership with Heliopolis, Zagazig, Al-Azhar, and 6th of October Universities.

Dr.Ahmed Ghallab added the participation of Aswan University came within the needs of the European Union project” the program of the certification of teaching the Egyptian teachers of refugees and the refugees throughout the hybrid teaching ( integrated) and this in partnership with the states of Greece, Cyprus, and the United Kingdom. Prof.Ahmed Ghallab- Aswan University President pointed out Aswan University is represented by Prof.Nadie Kamal Aziz Gerges-Director of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Unit at Aswan University, Prof.Ahmed Mohamed Al-Atif and Dr. Adel Abdel Fahim, Faculty of Science, Dr. Abdel Nasser Fayez, and Dr. Yasmine El-Sayed Kamel, Faculty of Education.

Dr.Nadie Kamal Aziz Gerges explained this workshop aims to review the courses with the Arabic language to experience it on a sample of teachers who are teaching at mixed classrooms from the Egyptians, the refugees, and the immigrants or classrooms just for the refugees and immigrants as a previous step to be approved by those universities and the Committee of Educational Studies Sector at the Supreme Council of Universities.
