General \Mohammed Zaki-Commander– in- Chief of the Armed Forces and Ministry of Defense and Military Production has approved acceptance of a new batch of officers who are assigned to the military capacity from doctors (human doctors) who hold master and doctorate degree to assignment to the military capacity in the Armed forces beginning on January 2021.
First: General conditions for admission:
1-The candidate, his parents, and his grandparents have to be Egyptians and not acquired or applied to another nationality.
2-He hasn’t been convicted of a penalty crime or a dishonor crime.
3-He is of good conduct.
4- The recruitment transaction has to be attached and extracted from the recruitment administration or the recruitment area of the candidate.
5-The candidate must be medically fit according to the medical fitness conditions that are prescribed by the General Military Medical Council.
6-To successfully pass the psychological tests.
7-To pass the personal tests (body examination) according to the evaluation of the examination committee.
8-The candidate must submit written undertakings ensure full commitment to the conditions of admission for applying for the assignment to the military capacity, provided that the data have to be included in the accepted papers which basis of it the acceptance of the candidate is correct during his stay in the Armed Forces (mandate period).
9-The candidate has to be committed to the military uniform of the Armed Forces, and whoever performed the military service as a reserve officer it’s not allowed to nominate for the assignment in the military capacity.
Second: The conditions that the candidate must have:
1-The age of human doctors who hold the master’s degree mustn’t exceed 34 in 1\1\2021.
2- The age of human doctors who hold the doctoral’ss degree mustn’t exceed 38 in 1\1\2021.
3-The grade isn’t less than good in the Bachelor-Master-Doctoral.
4-Has to pass the excellence period.
Third: The mandate period in the military capacity:
1-The ministerial decision is issued on the duration of the mandate has to be for two years and renewed from one year annually, a maximum of four years.
2-The duration of the military capacity the advantages of the candidate.
Fourth: The advantages that the candidates would have:
1-Free treatment for the mandated officer for him and his family from all ranks for males, but for females, the treatment would be free just for her sons.
2-The officer who is assigned to the military rank from those who have the university or equivalent qualifications is granted military honorable rank that equivalent to the rank of his mate officer who workes in the Armed Forces with his university qualification or what ls equivalent it.
3-The officer assigned to the military capacity after ending his mandate period would be given an experience certification.
4-The officer who is in charge of the military capacity after ending his mandate period would be given a statement of his serving in the Armed Forces for submitting it to his civil work body to include it to his serving period when he is transferred to the pension.
5-The officer in charge would get the privileges and services by his fieldwork body, and the one who is in charge is treated likes who the seconding one during his mandate in the Armed Forces and has the priority in the employment and maintaining his civil job according to the subject (17) from the 87 law of 1960.
6-The officer who is in charge and not appointed in the government would get his salary from the Armed forces and would equivalent to the salary of his mate officer who has the same of his qualification including the military privileges and the other advantages, and in all cases, the Armed forces are responsible for paying all the military privileges that are prescribed for his mate in the Armed Forces.
7- 9% reward would be given to those who don’t be appointed in the government.
