Within the directives of the state and Ministry of the Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the role of Aswan University towards the community, Prof. Ahmed Ghallab Mohamed<\/span><\/strong>-Aswan University President said the university set a model farm for the animal and poultry production at Eniba<\/span> which includes 6 wards for the poultry production and 2 wards for the animal production on the area of 10 acres, and this is within the framework of the role of the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources in Aswan University for serving and developing the community by the participation in achieving to the food security and provide the food commodities with premium quality, Prof. Ahmed Ghallab \u2013University President added the farm aims to serve the educational and research process in the field of the animal and poultry production. It has been finished from both preparing 2 wards of fattening and bringing up cows, and 2 wards of bringing up and fattening poultries, and completing the administrative building and other numbers of the wards on the farm of the faculty in Eniba- Nasr Al Nouba Center.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr.Yasser Abd Al Hamied \u2013Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources explained it has been located the ward for fattening calves, and the other ward for bringing up cows, and it is finished from purchasing a number of cows that have been transformed to the animal production farm in Aaniba in attendance of Prof.Ahmed Ghallab-University President, Dean of the faculty and some of the academic staff.<\/span>
\nProf.Ahmed Ghallab-University President praised the works that have been implemented in the production sector in the university for the serving the surrounded community by providing poultries and meats with premium quality and appropriate prices, as well as for serving the educational process and working on training the students in this strategic sector which is represented one of the swings of the Faculty of Agriculture with the plant production.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nUniversity President stressed on the speedy finishing from providing the appropriate environment for working the poultry wards to complete the system of the livestock that represents a temporary problem in Aswan; and working on providing it for Aswan citizen with appropriate prices. <\/span><\/p>\n
